We bought this for Christmas along with the leap pad and several books. When we bought it, we just thought it was cute and would be a fun thing, but it is very functional as well as cute! It holds the leap pad, books and cartridges so that nothing gets lost. Its great when she wants to take all her leap pad stuff somewhere, since everything is already together. All she has to do is grab her backpack and away she goes. I would recommend it to anyone who buys a leap pad system!!

Like other reviewers I purchased two LeapPads and several books for my children for Christmas. Now a month later, I could not imagine getting the system without the backpack. What a mess it would have been if I didn't have this! It provides the obvious function of keeping the books and tapes together in one nice unit. Plus, the LeapPad is now portable and protected. It is also easier to locate in all the rubble in my girls' rooms. This item goes right along with the "A Place for Everything, and Everything In Its Place" philosophy!

i bought these for my daughter and niece - it is very nice to use when traveling and just keeping rooms clutter free - it only holds a few books and cassetts, which is good in a sense since my daughter can hold it herself - a good buy.

This is a big help in storing the leappad, books and cartridges. It keeps everything organized and is great for travel. You can get the pink one to match the pink leappad or the blue/green one for the blue system. I only wish there were more mesh slots for the cartridges but you can fit 2 in each slot (store 8 cartridges). Well worth it.

I like the idea of having a back pack that matches the Leap Pad. The only thing I think is missing is more slots for the small game cartridges. Very durable & easy to carry.

My daughter loves her Leap Pad and this keeps all her books and cartridges organized and together in one place. I love not having to dig in the toy box for Leap Pad accesories.

Excellent purchase - great for keeping organized when on-the-go! Now we just need the big organizer! :)

We purchased this backpack for my daughters 3rd birthday. Right now it's a bit hard for her to easily get things in and out of the bag by herself. However, we love it for traveling to Grandma's house. She can pick out her favorite books and everything we need fits nicely in the bag.

The pink and purple design is great since she is a girl but it also makes it very easy to distinguish her LeapPad equipment from her older brothers Quantum Pad things.

My child loves the backpack. It is so nice to be able to keep things together. And Pink and purple are her favorite colors.

This backpack is a must have if you have a leappad system. The only thing I wish it had is more slots for the cartridges. But overall it is great!
