My 4.5 year old son received this game for his explorer for Christmas. He loves it. The games focus on problem solving, for example, About Face has different colored faces and when you tap each face it tells you what they want "I want glasses", "I want a hat", "I want a taller hat than the red face", "I want the same thing as the green face", at the bottom of the screen there are different objects to add to the faces, when you add the correct object(s) the face smiles. The other games are Critter River- the game gives you different sized boards you must place together to get the animal across the river, Cosmic Crossing- get the rocket to Earth by following the correct path, Sky High-use some of the numbered blocks the be the same height of the already built wall, Monster Maker- memorize the monster then touch the button and the silly monster falls apart and you must put the pieces back in the correct spot, Word Bird- word find puzzle. Overall I am pleased with this game, I like that it starts out fairly simple and gets harder and then he has to really think about what goes where. It doesn't have any familar characters but he still likes it and I think it is an eductional game for my 4 year old.

My Kindergarten age son loves Get Puzzled. He likes the reward system which builds on itself and the language used is very positive. It also appeals to his strengths which is visual learning as well as allowing him unlimited time to figure out the answer. He has spent hours with this game. I am happy with this purchase.

My 6 1/2 yr old (first grader) loves this game. I haven't played much, just watched over her shoulder for a bit. There are maybe 5 different games to pick from. I played one, I believe there were 30 questions to pass to complete it...it was all about addition and is great for my learning first grader! There are 3 levels of difficulty to start from and I played on the top level, level 3 and it got up into addition of double digits.
Some of the other games are building bridges to help these weird looking creatures cross..there are obsitcles that get in the way as you work your way thru the levels, it becomes more and more challenging.
There is a put the creatures back together section, where they show you a creature (they are weird little monsters but I don't think they call them monsters in the game) and you study it, and then when you are ready they take the pieces apart and you have to rebuild it exactly as previously pictured. I can't remember the other games on here; my daughter sticks to those 3 games really.
My 3 year old has no interest in it and would be much more of a challenge for her.
Highly recommend to any child kinder and up (what age, i'm not sure, I only have experience up to 6 yr olds for now) :)

I pulled this game out for our 4.5 year-old when he was home sick. It kept him engaged for hours. He steadily progressed through each of the sections and levels until he "won" the game. Plus, he continues to go back to it even though he's mastered all the levels. I noticed it really has helped with his problem-solving skills as well as his addition. I honestly felt like he was learning rather than just playing a game. Great buy to build on math and problem-solving skills.

Very Educational and Fun! Hats off to the designers of this game! I'm relived because I have not been impressed with the other two games we bought Pet Pals 2 and Mr. Pencil. I bought the system and games for the educational benefit, and of course so it could be fun while being educational. Finally Get Puzzled is amazingly engineered to provide practice at developing logic and reasoning math skills in brilliant ways. My daughter, who is five, loves it. One of the benefits is that it will grow with her. She will not beat this entire game anytime soon. There are 4 levels to each puzzle game. Some levels she won't be ready for till she's older. It shows 3 levels, but once you master level 3 of a game you discover there's a 'super-power' level. I enjoy playing myself, although it's on the simple side for me, of course, and yet it's still fun! I'm so impressed with the logic and reasoning skills that are present within each puzzle! Two complaints though; the animation is rather archaic, which is true of all these games as far as I've seen, and secondly, when you solve a puzzle, I wish it would get you to the next puzzle quicker. It's a bit delayed in some cases. I still give it 5 stars without hesitation!

I bought this for my 6 year old grandson who loves math and puzzels.. his 'screen' time is strictly limited, so it is especially treasured and THIS is the game he wants to play - for 2 months so far - rather than watch cartoons, a video, or playing any other game. He loves the challenge but it is not so difficult that he is discouraged when he doesn't get the right answer. Excellent product.

I wish they would come out with a Get Puzzled 2 for older kids with harder puzzles. My son loved this game. It kept him interested even after he completed it. Highly recommend for 5-7 year olds.
