This was a gift for my two daughters (3 and 6 years old) and they love it. The youngest struggled at the beginning but is becoming much more fluent. The 6 yr. old has completed the game twice, but will still play it again. They both love how you can "unlock" items from the treasure box. I like that I can put my daughters spelling words for the week on the Leapster, and they are incorporated into the game. This game and Tinker Bell's Lost Treasure have been their favorites so far. Toy Story is ok, but is not played nearly as often.

This is a great game for the leapster explorer. It says step by step instructions. My 4 year old can figure out how to play every game. She caught on really quick and loves it! It is a great educational game that really focus' on reading and identifying letters. We give it 5 stars!

I bought this game for my 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter to share, but I thought my "tough guy" wouldn't like it. I was sure wrong! They both love this game, it isn't super princessy. It has several activities to choose from, according to the leap path, this has been the most played game by both of them this week.

I bought this game for my son who just turned 4 because he loved the movie. He really loves this game! He got the Leapster Explorer and three games for Christmas. He loved Mr. Pencil so much that he wouldn't even try the other two games. Then, he got this game for his birthday which is shortly after Christmas, and now he's been playing this one instead.

Tangled game is ok, made more for girls and is a thinking game, wish there were more action components for pre-k and kindergarten sections to keep my 4yr's attention for more than 10-15 minutes...too costly for that.

My youngest daughter (4) has both the Leap Frog (LF) Explorer and the Leap Pad and this is one of the games she plays with most (and we have many). She is able to navigate this game on her own without my help and likes it a lot. I would definitely buy this game (as well as both of the PetPal games again). Hope this helps.

I bought this for my 3yr old daughter who LOVES Tangled. She has the LeapPad Tablet.

I figured she'd be ok, even though the age ranges are listed as 5+. She does love messing with the game, but the first games (needed to unlock story segments and other games) are spelling games, which she's just not ready for yet.

I wish the story mode would have been unlocked from the get-go, so she could at least enjoy that whenever she'd like.

My 6 year old daughter loves this game she will sit there for hours playing it to unlock new levels and new items great buy:)

My daughter loves the game and is learning how to spell words - she's 2! Plus she loves the characters. It shut off a couple of times during play, but it's possible she touched the metal terminals on the cartridge.

My almost-5-year-old enjoys her Explorer so much, she chose to buy the Tangled game with her gift card from Christmas. As soon as she plugged it in, she took off with it. She's been playing it for the last few days, not even switching out with other games, and seems to really enjoy it. Some parts were difficult for her, but once I showed her how to play them, she could do it herself. She's an advanced learner, so this challenges her just enough. Excellent game!
