This review is from: LeapFrog: Letter Factory Board Game (Toy)
My son is 3.5 and is beginning to recognize some of his letters. The game fits any level preschooler since it can be played in different formats. But they must have a knowledge of colors at minimum. The other plus of this game is that is it fast and allows all players to win. With short attention spans that is good. The cards seem durable, but I worry that if even one were lost or damaged the game becomes inoperable. Make sure that you take that into consideration before leaving your child unsupervised with the game. But overall this is one of my son and my favorite games to play together.

This review is from: LeapFrog: Letter Factory Board Game (Toy)
This was a toy my child got as a hand me down. He didn't pay too much attention to the game at first but loved the cards. By the time he got to playing the game with the board and the buzzer thingy, most of the cards were missing. The board isn't the best quality because it is one of those newer boards that opens in 4's instead of half ( that is the only way I can describe it). I wish I had made sure my kid didn't destroy the game, so it is my fault for sure. The talking machine also shorted out so it doesn't always work properly. I would like another one but I would not pay 40+ bucks for this game when there will always be letter games for kids AND with or without the games at some point kids will learn their letters and the sounds they make. At the most I would pay for this game is 15 bucks. My advice is find one on craigslist or at a yard sale. People on Amazon and on Ebay will rip you off! Plus, like the other seller said, she didn't get all of the cards and the board was ripped. I would want to see the product before I buy unless the seller said brand new. That still would be a maybe.

Great way to help children learn alphabetical order, sounds, letter recognition. Fun to play & has a great self-check component. Recommend for all parents with preschool children.
