I really thought my girls would love this because they are huge fans of the show. Unlike many other theme games they've selected, this one really didn't hold their interest for long. I sat and watched them play for a while to see what the game was about.
Much like the show, "Doc" is doing assessments and making a diagnosis of her "patients". It's just that there are only so many that she can make and the kids were through all of them in a couple of gaming sessions. So it soon became redundant.
While the concept of the game is cute and fun, it just isn't quite worth the asking price because there wasn't enough content to keep them playing for very long.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
My 3 - 9 year old kids love this game, especially the 3 - 7 year olds. I gave it a try myself, to see how it worked. It's a relatively easy game, definitely geared toward 3 - 5 year old children. It seems to lean more toward fun than educational.

The Doctor sees stuffed animal patients and fixes their sicknesses. When she runs out of patients, she sends the helicopter out to rescue more patients and bring them to her office.

The game teaches players to follow directions, trace lines, spot differences, and solve a variety of puzzles. At the end of each case, Doc McStuffins has a basic health lesson for the player. These range from "it's important to wear your glasses if you've been prescribed them" to "tell your parents if anything feels strange or hurts".

It's a simple game, that the kids love to play. It definitely will challenge the 3-6 year old crowd the most, but its interest level will reach above that age for several years.

I think the perfect age for this may be your 3.5 to 4 year olds. If they love Doc McStuffins, they will love this game. It worked ok with my LeapPad Ultra. . . it was a little glitchy, but I think my LeapPad needs a system update. It is a really cute game. You give a checkup to each toy and have to help fix them up. My almost 3 yr old had a little trouble and could not play independently but it is definitely a game he will grow into.

I purchased this for my daughter and she loves it! She has other leap pad games but she plays with this one the most. She likes to sing along with the song when it comes on. It's a great game, it'll keep your kid occupied for a good while.

Do you have an aspiring doctor or vet in your house? They will love this Doc McStuffins game! We tried it out in both our LeapPad2 and our LeapPad Ultra and it was a big hit. KIds have a chance to help treat sick or injured animals, solve problems, and use their imaginiations. It's geared toward kids age 3-5 and I felt it was definitely age appropriate for my four-year-old. My boys enjoyed playing with it and treating all the animals, and I enjoyed that they were learning problem solving skills at the same time. We haven't watched a ton of Doc McStuffins, but my little guys still really enjoyed the game.

Its fun an yes my four year old loves it. but its so repetative im afraid its going to get old fast. you do the same thinng for the same toy, to the saame toys again an again. Just thought for the price they would have gotten a little more creative. do i regret buying this game? No but thats only because its the closest thing i could find were my daughter can pretend to be a doctor wich is what i wanted. but if there were other optionns i would have not baught it. i do think that its great to teach compashon an stuff.. its all about friendhsip an helping them.
