I'd like to tell you it works but I wouldn't know. I bought this as my son's big Christmas present. Big mistake. Hasn't worked from the beginning. I downloaded all the software, logged in online, charged the pen, did it all and still not working. After numerous phone calls and tech support they said they pen was faulty and they would send a replacement. After waiting two months for the pen I wrote again and guess what, it's April and still no pen and now they send me an email telling me to reload the software which I've done way too many times. What a joke. Save your money, cause if it doesn't work you are out that money and their customer service doesn't deliver. Some people have complaned that there's wouldn't work but mine worked just find and with Vista despite people saying it didn't. It doesn't come with instructions or tell you how to set it up on the CD so you have to figure it out yourself. If you look on the internet you can find reviews and some give advise and help if your having problems. I think the thing is pretty cool and cheap for being a fairly new idea... or at least not a wide-spread product. It didn't translate my handwriting that well to word so I just used it with my handwritting.
