My mother lives in a rural part of the country in Ohio (she is a native of Thailand) anyway being in a small town, it is not easy to find Thai anything, this makes it so easy to send a little taste of home to her, at her front door. Prompt shipping and packing.

this curry assortment is a great way to sample different curries at a very affordable price and curry pastes are a very quick and easy way to spice up almost any dish!

Quick reference review here: (1) This curry set gives you the following 6 curries 4 oz. each - Green (made w/ green chiles), Masaman (rich & mild for stews), Prik Khing (hot, peppery & spicy), Panang (moderate heat), Red (made w/ dried red chiles), Yellow (most mild and mellow of Thai curries). For each curry you can make about 20 servings and the leftover paste can be stored in fridge or freezer. For each curry it gives you an authentic recipe - which are easy to follow with fairly common ingredients found in most grocery stores - AND DELICIOUS! I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I like being adventurous in the kitchen. This Thai curry assortment is a great way to do it! The level of difficulty is low and the ingredients list are readily available at your local store.

So, if you want a change of pace, or want to suprise your partner with something different then you'll like these. Granted the cans of curry are quite cheap purchased directly at the store, the value lies in the recipes, giving the novice Thai cook a blueprint for success.
