an okay book,
This review is from: Learn to Sleep Well (Paperback)
But this book seems like a book that is more for children, it is written in very simple English, with graphics on every page and the lines are double-spaced.
If you are an adult, then I would suggest reading more... informative books, or search on the internet for info. |
