I use this program with my ESL students because the program has a speech recognition meter that measures how close you are to a native speakers voice. I have searched many programs and have not found another that offers this function accept Rosetta Stone. You can have the same function but at a fraction of the cost.
Besides this very great tool there are stimulated conversations that you interact in. A talking dictionary, progress tracking, grammar exercises and there is a PDA dictionary.

i am a spanish speaker customer, i was reading what one of my friend from Panama wrote about this product...would be nice for your company to notice if this product has such a problem..please be smart enough to remove it from your site..or from your stock,,i have been buying books from your website for the past two years and comments like this one scare me, and i coming to realize if you are sincered to your costumers or not,,if i figured out that this product has a software problem please remove it from here,,advice manufacture of malfunctions,,and when they get it fixed put it back on your website.

In the firts lesson when i click the firts option display a error message..

I try in 2 diferents pc's 2 diferent's xp (english and spanish version).

when the error appears , it is continued listening the sound, sees menu above, but the area where the lesson must visualize appears in blank (white screen).

then if i press back button in the menu i saw the previous screen.

P.D. sorry for my english, but i really speak spanish and therefore I bought its product.

The customer service just say it's the firts time they had this problem.

Firts or not i need answers...
