5.0 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT
I have been using the grade 3, 4 and 6 books since 8/99 and have found them to be the best curriculum guides around. They allow for creativity, for mixing and matching and meeting your child's needs and for parent/child cooperation. I am SO GLAD that these books were created!

2.0 out of 5 stars Learn At Home Series
Re: Learn At Home Grade 6: The reading list suggested was not very good - rather out dated...The social studies curriculum focuses on United States History, which is a 5th grade curriculum - at least it is in Texas. The science curriculum was not in line with what is taught in the sixth grade either. Overall, this book was a waste of money. I would not recommend it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Learn At Home, March 16, 2007
This review is from: Learn at Home: Grade 6 (Paperback)
We have been using Learn At Home with our daughter for 5 years now. It's an easy to use curriculum that works. The math isn't the greatest and we have had to use other sources for her math, but her english, science and social studies are quite advanced. It's a great book. We have just started our son in the kindergarten curriculum and look forward to many more years of happy homeschoolng!

I have been using this series of books combined with the online teachers site [...] to homeschool my children through grade 6. These books can be hard to find for a decent price; I was grateful to find this seller. This book was shipped promptly and is in excellant condition. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

1.0 out of 5 stars Week 1 - Answer Key has 2 errors, August 13, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Learn at Home: Grade 6 (Paperback)
Answer Key for Seeing Double has the work accept mispelled in syllable portion. The key for Down the Ladder at bottom also has incorrect answer. it shows 999 plus 100,001 equals 101,100. If there are two answers incorrect for week 1, how many incorrect answers are there?
