Fresh alt-country-folk-rock goodness from Griffin House,

The Learner is a good album featuring several really excellent tracks. "She Likes Girls" is silly but a lot of fun. "Standing At The Station" and "Native" are my favorites - prime examples of House's ability to write upbeat and somber alt-country equally well. "River City Lights," "Rule The World," and "Let My People Go" are simple tunes that are both catchy and moving in ways you'll recognize if you've listened to his earlier work.
Definitely recommended to anyone who has enjoyed Griffin's previous albums, and something you should give a listen if you like American folk music with some enjoyable rockin' mixed in!

I discovered Griffin House two years ago and have not been disappointed with any of his music, this album is no exception. I think Mr. House had fun writing the songs and singing the songs, or at least it sounds like he did.
