This review is from: Learning Architectures: Building Organizational and Individual Learning (Paperback)
This is an exceptional book. It has wonderful conceptual ideas and it grounds them in reality. If people are our most important asset, then learning how to develop both people and organizations is critical. The book does a wonderful job in describing how to build learning into the organization. It passes the test of interesting because it has new ideas about how to frame the learning agenda for companies. It passes the test of relevance by offering specific examples of what leading companies have done. It passes the test of well written. This book could be savored and used by HR professionals charged with building learning, by general managers who want to build competitiveness through people, and by consultants who want to help companies with their learning work.
Wilhelm knows his stuff, having been both in the academic and industrial works. It shows in this gem of a book
