This book is a handy resource. What I like about it, is that each idea/concept is self-contained on one or two pages. Each idea/concept includes (1) a summary of the research, (2) example (s), (3) implications for the learner/teacher, and (4) action steps that can be implemented. Possible resources for further infomation are included on most. This book can help all educators recognize the connection between instructional practices and and the research-based theory to support them.
