This review is from: Learning & Development Toys: Set of 3 Undersea Volcano Eruption Fizzers (Replacement Fizzers) (Toy)
My three year old was so excited to see a volcano erupt that he wouldn't do anything else until he took a bath. Imagine that, a three year old that wants to take a bath. Sadly, I'll never be able to use the volcano as a bribe for getting him clean again. Eruption is a massive overstatement. We got a few bubbles and that's about it. By the end of our demonstration he was more interested in using the volcano as a funnel.
The instructions were also not clear about how the product should be used. First, there is a warning that "bath fizzers are for external use only. avoid contact with eyes. rinse with water if product gets into eyes." This left me unsure about whether it was safe for my kid to be in the bath at the same time as the volcano. So I filled up the tub and made my kid watch from the side. After a non-erumption I drained the tub and then re-filled for a bath. Would be nice if that were made more clear. Second, the fizzers are wrapped in a very thin plastic. I realized the plastic needed to be removed but one might not notice them or assume they would break-down upon contact with water. Overall a complete waste of $10.

This review is from: Learning & Development Toys: Set of 3 Undersea Volcano Eruption Fizzers (Replacement Fizzers) (Toy)
I bought the volcano and these extra fizzy balls thinking our young children would enjoy a cool demonstration of volcanos. It was promoted as a "Wow" toy that would bubble up like a real eruption. Result: nothing. Absolutely nothing. Also, the product says "Set of 3 Undersea Volcano Fizzers" and shows 3 packages of 3 balls each. It is misleading. You only get 1 package of 3 balls. It's a scam. DON'T BUY!
