This is a very dense and comprehensive resource for professionals involved with children who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviors. It is not a light read. If you wish to update your knowledge of current research on a specific topic or gain a thorough understanding of a particular set of challenging behaviors - this book can satisfy that need.

This book is great for special education teachers, general ed. teachers and parents. It has great tools for assessing a students strengths and weaknesses and offers specific strategies. As a special education teacher who works with mostly students with specific learning disabilities, ADHD and Autism, this book is one of the most valuable that I have purchased. A must have if you work with this population.

Very informative and eye opening. If you are the parent of or work with children with LD I definitely recommend reading this book.
