The Diet That Really Works!, June 15, 2011
I really enjoyed this book. I found it to be a really easy and quick read. Once I got started reading I finished it in a matter of a couple hours and then began on my new adventure. The book is full of helpful charts that you can fill in as you go or tear out to look at later, which all keep you on the right track. I found the plan to be simple and easy to follow, and it really works. All I had to do was limit the amount of fat that I consumed and, like magic, the weight just melted off. I found that, in the beginning, I lost up to a pound a day, and it felt great knowing that I was doing it in a healthy way. I know you will enjoy this plan as much as I have.

I bought "Learning to Eat (Again)" loved the cover. In our current world of complexities we overlook the obvious, reduce our fat intake, reduce fat in our bodies, lose weight. This is just to simple to be true, right? (Wrong)!
Lose wieight, regain health, feel better, feel more energized, look better, just feel good about ourselves and our appearance.
Sometimes things that are to simple to be true really are true, this is one of those times. I have been trying to lose these several pounds for the last 30 years and poof it"s gone in less than two(2) weeks - would you believe? Eat pretty much whatever I want, whenever I want, and never be hungry, what do I have to do? - Just do not skip any meals and eliminate or reduce high fat foods or substitute to reduced or no fat foods.
This sums it up, why would anyone not take advantage of this diet? The only reason that I can come up with is that there are just some people that want to be overweight or are unaware of how easy it is to lose that excess weight.
Buy this book, prove it for yourself then write a review on your experience - do the whole World a favor. Thanks to all who do this as I look forward to seeing that others have achieved the same results as I and are passing it on to all those that would read these reviews.

Amazing in it's simplicity!, June 7, 2011

I have already lost 8 lbs. following the advice from this book. It's amazing how fast you adjust to eating healthier! I actually had a cheat day recently and majorly overdid it fat wise and felt like i'd been poisoned. In a world where there's so many confusing diet books, this book is truly simple in it's message, "Eat less fat, and lose weight"! I still have a long way to go, but i have a feeling you'll be hearing an update from me soon about even more weight loss!
