This is a wonderful book for anyone that is chemcially dependent. My counselor let me borrow this book 3 years ago and I never returned it. I let the people I sponsor read this book and they find it extremely rewarding. I am ordering a book for my counselor that loaned me the book and one for myself. It explains the unexplainable and explains the things the things that people simple forget to tell you. A DEFFINATE must for everyone in recovery.

I read this book first in Danish, but ordered it in English for a friend of mine. It is clearly a very informative and useful book for anyone suffering from addiction. The book not only has guidelines for a person who is addicted, but also has lots of understandable advice for friends and relatives, which is why I read it in the first place. This isn't the first book I've read on this subject, but it is the best and most useful book I've read.Recommended: Do you suffer from alcoholic abuse or are you a relative of someone who suffers from an addiction, if so this book will help you.

I did not know the book was the early addition. It showed the new version and I got the old brown one
