4.0 out of 5 stars Good, clean chick lit read
I enjoyed this sequel to the first book. It's cute, romantic and does all this while staying PG-13.

3.0 out of 5 stars Better than being bored, but not an exciting read.
The story starts off slow and gets slower. No real interesting plot... you just meander along with the main character as she gets bored with living in a fantastic mansion and missing her famous actor boyfriend. The symbolism used to connect dating to the card game of Gin is cute, maybe for a short article, but not enough to hold your attention to a novel.

After reading the first book, cheating at solitaire, I was eager to keep reading and was not dissapointed with the second book. Some reviews say that you can tell it was one of Ally Carters early works, I however have no complaints and have read all of her books availabe.
