I have been using these to teach 1st Grade math for two years. The students constantly drop them, but these clocks are so durable they won't scratch, bend or break. They are terrific for demonstrating how the hands move on a real analog clock. I now own two sets of these. My only recommendation, especially if you are teaching primary grades, is to take the little stand off the back of the clock. These tend to get lost or bent.
