5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic play cooking set!
I got this set for my 17-month old son to go with his new play kitchen. My kitchen utensils have long been his favorite "toys" so I wanted him to have his own set just his size. This set turned out to be just what I was looking for! They are durable yet lightweight and I love the the primary colors. He plays with them almost everyday and I finally have my spatula back :)

3.0 out of 5 stars Cute but kind of chincy
I was going between 3 and 4 stars. I didn't have high expectations for a $10 plastic cooking set but when it came it was smaller and chincier than I was expecting. If I had seen this set in person I wouldn't have paid $10 for it. That being said, I love the fact that it has a tea kettle and the utensils are cute. I don't expect it to hold up very long, but for now my...

I am so pleased with this cooking set. I love the colors. I ordered these for my 18 month old son to use with his new kitchen set and he loves them. The quality is excellent. I also ordered the set of dishes made by Learning Resources and they are also excellent quality and great colors. I am 100% satisfied and would buy this brand again!

I bought this set for my 14 month old nephew since he loved to play with his mommy's pots and pans. It was hard to find a set that didn't have small parts but this one was perfect! A few months later and he still loves to play with them.

We ordered this for my 2 year old son who recently received his first play kitchen. Since his grandparents bought him some play food that has completely taken over our play room (I believe that the food must only come in 200 or less packs just to see how many parents can keep track of all of the pieces) I wanted a cooking set that had just enough pieces but not too many more. My son loves this item. He cooks w/the pots and pans and has learned what to do with the tea kettle. My only complaint is that the within an hour, somehow the potato masher broke off of the handle. It was held on by little clips, I believe and part of one of the tiny clips just snapped off. Luckily there were plenty more pieces to keep him busy. Great for little hands.

The cooking set is just okay. The lid doesn't fit on the pan correctly. The play set is a little cheap looking, and for the price I wish I would've got a different set. My 2 yr old does love it, but we'll have to see how long it lasts.

I purchased these dishes for my daughter for Christmas (18 months old) to go with her kitchen and she loves them. She plays with them more than anything else and they still look brand new. Great quality.

Excellent play dish set. Bold, fun colors keep the child's imagination going for hours of "cooking" fun. Cute and realistic pieces!

I thought it would be made a bit better. It is made in China. They are cute, but not worth the cost and very small. But for a 2 year old, I am sure she will have fun, but may not last that long.

We got our twins a play kitchen for their 2nd birthday. And naturally they needed some cookware, so we initially got them Melissa and Doug's wooden cook set. Which is a great quality cook set. However, they were not so great for 2 year olds who sometimes like to hit each other over the head with the pots...we had to put away the heavier wooden cookware for the time being and I bought this set as a replacement. I love that these are so lightweight, and therefore can't do too much damage when used as a weapon by our toddlers! By the time this plastic sets falls apart hopefully our boys will be mature enough for the nice wooden set :) Though this set seems durable enough for plastic. I am VERY glad I got this set!
