For the cost of this book & dvd package , I was disappointed in the content of both the book & the dvd . One big error I picked on immediately is that both the book & the dvd doesn't tell you to pinch your nose whilst doing the basic technique of holding your breath - the control pause - whereas just about all the other books on the Buteyko Method advise you to pinch your nose to stop you from inadvertently breathing during this control pause exercise . For the lesser price of $43 , Patrick McKeown's Buteyko Clinic Method DVD / CD / Book pack is far superior when it comes to teaching you the Buteyko breathing techniques Buteyko Clinic Method 2hr DVD, CD, Manual; the Complete Instruction to Reverse Asthma, Rhinitis and Snoring Permanently
