The watch case pictured here is extremely nice, however when I received the delivery, the case that I got was an older model that was not as nice as I had expected. When I called the customer service reps about it, they immediately recognized the mistake and not only sent the correct case out right away, they also paid for the old case to be returned. I believe that the customer service department is just as important as the actual product, and I was more than satisfied with how this situation was handled. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company again!

This watch case appears to be very well made. The leather covering is quite attractive -- better than the photo. The interior is well laid out with nice watch pads and lid clearance that allows for tallest automatic watches. Interior fit and finish matches the nice looking outside. Finally, the latch is easy to use and is well constructed. Comes with a key. For the price, I couldn't ask for more.

When looking for a watch box, I really just wanted a sleek, black leather box. I didn't care whether the leather was real or fake. This box is REALLY textured. I know that the description says textured, but not only can you see the creases, but they're light blue/white in color. I wouldn't have minded so much if the box was completely black. I wanted something modern and the color definitely does not fit the bill. It reminds me of acid washed leather x_x

Great box, love the latch and very sturdy. Looks great on top of the dresser. My husband loves it and can't wait to get new watches to put in it.

Great watch box. Nothing too fancy, but does the job well. Great value for money.

My husband has a few watches and had mentioned at one point that he would like to have a nice box to put them in. I was a little hesitant about buying this online because I wanted to see it in person to make sure it was nice enough to give him as a Christmas gift. When it arrived, I was impressed with it and hoped he would be too. After he opened it, I told him we could exchange it if he didn't like it or if it wasn't quite what he wanted. He liked it so much that didn't even bother to find out what other options were available, and he was proudly admiring his watches in this box later that day!

I purchased this box for my husband and his Evicta watch collection he was thrilled the box was very nice and great quality.Highly recommend

The box looks nice but the lock is broken. Therefore, it rends the box useless. I believe this is probably an isolated incident.
