Some of these stories are so well written I wished they could be turned into novellas or full-length novels and sadly a few (but just a few) seem like the first drafts were submitted and printed. Do not let that keep from purchasing this collection. That's the joy and charm of anthologies.
So I was very happy to pick up Leather, Denim and Silver. There are a ton of different stories in here, and each author had such a unique take and voice I was delighted. I also liked how the stories were grouped into the different monsters hunted - The Werewolf Hunters, The Vampire Hunters etc.
Now, to be fair, the quality of the stories is a little uneven, but the good ones are SO good, I didn't mind a bit. Two thumbs up!

I really enjoyed this book. If you love short stories, as I do, I think you will, too. Who doesn't love things that go bump in the night and those who hunt them? Read morePublished on May 28, 2011 by Lily Keelia
