This chair is not worth the price tag. It's poorly made, provides little to no comfort and quite frankly feels cheap (foam, plywood and fake leather for starters). I feel ripped off that I paid $100 plus shipping for this. I could have went to Ikea or Target and got something much nicer for the money I just wasted. Someone that works for the company must be posting positive reviews because I don't see how anyone and I mean anyone could feel this is a good deal. One of the worst decisions I've made in my adult life (as far as buying is concerned). This is not the chair you want.

Reasons For A Bad Review:

#(1) Smaller Than The Last Computer Chair.

#(2) It Has Hard Cushions Not Cosy At All In My Opinion.

#(3) This Chair Does Not Go Low Enough For My Wife's Feet To Reach The Floor.

#(4) Nor Does It Fit Under The Computer Desk At The Lowest Setting. It Just Sits Too High At Lowest Setting.

I Thought That This Chair Would Be A Good Chair Cause It Was More Pricey Than The Last Chair i Bought, And It Had Good Reviews. My Last Chair Was A $50 Walmart Special And Was A Much Nicer Chair.

The issue is with the poor construction of the chair, I work for a very large bank and was presented w/the option to work from home so I purchased this for my home office and was searching for a mid-level, comfortable chair at a moderate price and though the cost of the chair was reasonable, the shipping was ridiculous. I recieved the chair AND WITHIN 1 HOUR of putting it together, one of the arm rests cracked, causing me to tip out of the chair. (Please note I weigh 225lbs and am 6'1") I immediately contacted AMAZON and then was directed to contact the Green Group via e-mail where I told them of my disatisfaction. I was told that I would be refunded the cost of the chair minus shipping and would have to pay for shipping to return the chair as well. If I would have done that, SHIPPING would have cost more than this HORRIBLE chair. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS GROUP AGAIN AND WILL REFER THIS TO ALL OF MY FELLOW WORKERS WHO HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPTION FOR THE WORK FROM HOME PROGRAM"Bowen" Leather Executive Office Chair w/ Black Base & Gas Lift & Tilt w/ Lumbar Support.

This was an excellent all-around purchase. The price couldn't be beat, and the package came the exact day it was supposed to. The chair was extremely easy to put together, it took me all of 15 minutes. I would say that even the mechanically challenged person could put this together in a half hour.

Now for the most important part. The chair is SO comfortable! It is used for a person who works at their desk for roughly 12 hours a day. This chair was gotten to replace a really crappy one, and the back problems are going away!

Great buy, breat price, great product!

This chair came well packed and had all the materials I needed, including wrenches and screwdrivers;

It goes together in minutes and is very comfortable and perfedt for my use, which is at a computer console.
I would highly recommed this item at this price.

I had been using a backless chair at my computer desk for several months...and as a English major at college, this was putting real strain on my back and knees. Finally I decided I needed something better, and ordered this chair...a little nervous about getting something sight-unseen.

The quality of the chair is pretty high. It took about fifteen minutes to assemble, the instructions were pretty clear, and the chair looks great. The padding is quite comfortable.

You should be aware that the armrests on this chair cannot be adjusted, and this has led to my one small gripe, that if you weigh over 200lbs (I'm 6foot 1inch and 234) you won't really be able to move your legs around much. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I figured people should know.

All I can say at this time is, I purchashed it as a xmas present for my husband, The delvery was fantastic, however the box was a little beat up and I hope everything is okay, but I will not be opening until my grandson gets here to put it together. I will then return and finish the review of the product.

The chair arrived in a couple of days after I placed the order. It was in great shape. Very easy to assemble. I would like it to have a little softer seat and some lumbar support. It seems to be a very sturdy chair. I caution you if you have wood floors that it rolls very easily almost to easily. I leaned forward to pick up something and the chair shot out from under me. It is a good chair for the price.

I needed a new chair to basically live in while i finished writing papers at home. I got this and it saved my back. Looks better than in the picture (in my opinion), comfortable back support (for me), gas lift and rollers work fine. took me about half an hour plus to assemble but fairly straightforward. good deal.

The chair is ok. The back is not as high as I thought it was, however, so far the chair is comfortable. The instructions don't indicate you need to take a hammer to slightly tap the wheels in, then you can push. Do not take the little wire around the top of the wheel off, that is what holds the wheel in the slot. The reason I mention this is because an earlier review said the wheels kept coming out. I took the little wire off on one wheel because I thought it was blocking the hole to get in; the wheel fell out. Then I got a hammer, tapped another wheel in, pushed and it snapped in place. It would have taken me 15 minutes to put together, except I had to figure out about the wheels.
