I am so disappointed with this chair...for the first few days it was awesome and then it just lost its poof altogether and it's totally limp, I tried to find somewhere I could ask the manufacturer or seller why this happened and what we could do...but i found nothing. I'm glad it happened before we bought a second one, which we almost did, but I still wish i could find a solution to this...it wasn't cheap!
