I thought this was the focus pad that I had trained with previously, but it was not. It seemed to lack the substance needed for heavy training. Too light. Also, I assumed that it would be a pair, when it is in fact a single mitt. Mainly my fault, I should have done more research. Still, my money returned without fuss and that speaks well of the company.
