I enjoy reading SciFi and Fantasy themed books, The Leather Rose goes well beyond your typical science fiction, with characters as real as life. I was completely drawn into this book, it was like watching it happen as I was reading. The basis of the book is a Female lead society with men playing the more traditional role that females have played in our world. Action packed and sexually charged, this book is a great read, you won't want to put it down. The authors writing comes to life in this one of a kind book of power, lust, pleasure and pain. I would tell you more but I don't want to ruin what is in store inside the pages of The Leather Rose. You will want to buy this one! I only wish there was a sequel to this book as when I finished it I wanted to read more of this imaginative authors writings.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, YOU'VE GOT TO GET IT!

I will start by admitting that I knew the author, the late Abnaric Sabree, and wish I had gotten the chance to discuss this book in full with him. I'm not an avid science fiction or fantasy reader, only a few of that genre on my shelves, but I was pleasantly surprised by how this book grabbed me. The characters are drawn so vividly and the story has such a beautiful flow that it's a very easy and pleasurable read. This book portrays such a love of women, the inner strength of men in a light you rarely see and depicts a beautiful society with a rich history of female leaders and the men that support them. Mr. Sabree saw people in an indescribable way, and this is evident in his writing.
