I'd purchased a more expensive cover elsewhere in the past - a suede look with fringe that could be washed. It had a nylon back, which would keep spills from going through to the table. I wanted a second one, for when the first one was being washed, or once it looked a little older we'd have a "company" one that looked new. I decided to check Amazon.com first, and I'm glad I did. I like the look of this one, the fact that it's fitted, and it's going to be able to be wiped clean, no washing needed. We have cats that insist on sitting on the pool table! Between the two, I would've expected to pay more for this one. Very pleased.

The fitted cover gives it a higher quality profile. The saddle (shades of brown and caramel) color has a leather look to it. Be sure to measure! I was assuming we had an 8 foot table, but a review of one of the covers said theirs was too snug, and they had to go one size larger. I checked actual measurements, and the 8.5 was it.

This is a really nice cover for any table. We have a custom made table that was given to us and this works great. It covers nicely and protects the surface from things like a curious cat.

I could not stand the fuzzy lint from my old cover anymore. I bought this one because it was just a bit larger than my old one. Good quality and no fuzz. You can't even tell there is an extra 1 to 2 inches when its on the table. I like the saddle color very much, not too dark and not too light.
