First thing's first: The 154CM Stainless Steel blade is of such high quality and holds an edge so long that with relatively light use (used the blade a few times a week) over the course of a year and a half, I have only had to sharpen the blade once. The cheaper h502x would have required four times as many sharpening sessions.

The can opener and carabiner clip/bottle cap opener are extremely useful, either getting use almost weekly, but the bit driver gets use a few times a week in normal suburban life, just as the blade does.

This is the most useful knife I have ever owned, and I am considering getting a second one as a backup in case I ever break the original. I would hate to ever have to go without it, even for a day...

I use this knife/screwdriver about every other day. The tool is a little larger than I thought it would be. Thought I still carry it in my pocket every day it is a bit bigger than expected. The screwdriver really is the most impressive feature. With philips, flathead, star and allen driver bits it is a versitle multitasker. The cabenier slides out like a switchblade, it's a pretty neat feature and opens beer bottles nicely as well. The can opener is huge and looks very sturdy(almost unnecessacerily sturdy. The clip on the side is useless, for me at least. Given a chance to improve this product I would make it in general slimmer, remove the clip, slim down the rubber grip and add a punch (either bit or blade). Overall a great product.

This thing is built like a tank. You can open the good sized, quite sharp blade with one hand. However, you can't reliably snap the blade open with a thumb flick like you can with some other knives. (Those knives are designed for a very different purpose.) The rubberized handle is comfortable and makes it easy to apply torque when needed. The entire package is well-finished; no sharp edges except where they're supposed to be.

It comes with two double-ended bits in the handle, one loaded in the knife, and seven more in a plastic holder. This give you twenty different "bits" to choose from. The knife and bit holder each have their own section in the included pouch.

The carabiner clip (which is also billed as a bottle opener) retracts into the handle making this knife convenient to either carry in your pocket or clip to something. Finally, if you can make do with not having pliers and the other accessories typically included in a multi-tool, this is a much more effective arrangement. (No pinched fingers or having the screwdriver fold up while you're using it.)

There are few possible negatives. The thing costs maybe twice as much as it should and the bits that are clipped to the handle can be a bit tricky to get out. Also, the size and weight make it unlikely you'll be carrying this in your business suit as an everyday accessory. If that doesn't bother you and you need a good knife and effective set of drivers in an appropriately small package then this is a great tool to have.
