When I first saw the Kick and compared it to my other Leathermans I was not impressed; it has no lock for the tools, a downgraded plier head, a shorter and thinner knife blade than the Fuse, no scissors, and cannot be purchased in black. However, I was recently presented with the chance to purchase the Kick on sale and now I'm sold. For those looking for a cheap alternative to the Juice series but want a similar product (and lighter to boot), this is a good choice. Although I greatly appreciate having the large scissors of the Juice on my person whenever I need it, sometimes the Juice stays at home due to the Kick's larger pliers and extended philips and flathead drivers. Plus, if I lose the Kick there is less to cry over due to the reasonable replacement cost.
If you have the cash and can legally carry a knife with a locking blade, go for the Fuse. If not, or you're a collector like me, pick up the Kick, it's great (and remember to get it with the nylon sheath-it's one of the best)!

Great and cheap. Sometimes when using it doesn't feel sturdy when screwing things in, etc. But it hasn't snapped on me yet.

As expected from Leatherman, the quality is top-notch. The needle-nose pliers are awesome, and the action is smooth. It may not have everything you need, but there are larger models with more tools. Plus, the sheath is pretty ugly. Overall, great build, great design, and great quality.
