This review is from: The Leaves in October (Paperback)
This book is a great book! I have read it many times, and every time, i find something new. This book is about a mature 9 year old girl,Libby, who lives with her parents and her brother in a tralier. When things get hard, her mom leaves them and they can no longer afford to keep the tralier. They are forced to move into a homeless shelter. Libby keeps up hope for her dad and brother about getting a new tralier "when the leaves change color in October" She finds ways to help out her dad finacially. It is a great story about a family sticking together through good and bad times. This is one of the best books i've ever read.
