From basic kibbi to Okra Stew, all the classics Lebanese recipes are here, making it an excellent pick for any library strong in international cooking, and an ideal addition to gourmet club member reference shelves.

This cookbok is Great! I purchased this as a gift for my father and he Loved it. He is from Lebanon and knows how to cook many lebanese foods but this cookbook refreshed his mind and gave him new ideas. He couldn't wait to start cooking.

Growing up Lebanese and learning to cook with Sitto(Grandma)and Mom taught me only our Lebanese region's ways. Now that I'm on my own, I'm learning to use all the region's talents to cook. There are many variations to these recipes throughout the regions , but this cookbook offers not only the traditional way of preparing the food but also some extra flare. Each recipe has been carefully explained and they have all tasted delicious.

My family has used this cookbook for years for Lebanese cooking. My family is of Lebanese descent and the recipes are very authentic - the same recipes that my great-grandmother taught my grandmother a long time ago. Additionally, the book includes many color photographs so you know exactly what you're cooking. This is a must for anyone who wants to cook authentic Lebanese food.

This is a very good Lebanese cookbook. There are a few classic recipes missing from this collection, but otherwise it is very complete. I am enjoying using this book!

The recipes are easy to follow and the method author did a good job. The book arrived in a condition good enough to present it as a gift.

Does not have lot of recipes...it's mostly few appetizers was not what I was expecting for few additional dollars purchase the Classic Lebanese Cuisine and you get more recipes
