OK put it on rub it in it makes you're fat cells shed water and give you more defined ABS.
It works but results are immediate and temporary.
Good for before a date or if you are closeto looking good and u want to get the last little bit before u go some where with no shirt

I purchased an AB belt for my husband 3 years ago and he needed more gel solution to apply to the pads for the belt to operate effectively. He searched and finally found this solution at Amazon. SIX bottles for a great price and the delivery was fairly quick.
