Part II runs from August 1944 to April 1945, a period beginning with his landing in Normandy. It provides a day-by-day account of his experiences as he fought his way through France, Belgium and Holland and, finally, into Germany.

"Led Soldiers" was a dissapointment. A lot on his social life before and during WW2 but not much on his service as a Royal Hussar. Not recommended.
