I'm not a big fan of modern country. I'd rather listen to Willie Nelson, Cash, and Merle anyday. However, I really enjoy this DualDisc. Take a listen to her voice and sample the tracks to this album and you'll see for yourself.

Like other Dualdiscs, the video portion of this DualDisc is somewhat limited. It's not a concert DVD. But if you have a DVD-Audio capable player, you'll get to enjoy high resolution audio. And that's what it is meant for. As long as you have a surround sound system, this album will provide you with much enjoyment for years to come.

The listing for this Dual Disc indicates that all 19 tracks are DVD, implying they are DVD-Video. In fact, only 4 tracks are DVD-Video: I hope you dance, A little passed Litle Rock, Something worth leaving behind, and The Fool. The remaining tracks are CD. This is not a comment on the quality, which is fine, rather on a potential expectation that you will get a lot more videos. Hopefully Amazon will update the listing soon so that it is not misleading.

I love Lee Ann's voice, her choice of songs to put on her CD's. Her voice makes me feel the passion of each cut.

I really didn't have any of Miss Womack's music before but recently discovered that it was HER voice singing the classic 'I Hope You Dance', which I'd heard on the radio before but was clueless as to the author.

Having found her Greatest Hits on DualDisc was amazing. I didn't know what a DualDisc was, so I researched it and found that it was CD on one side with DVD content on the other side. As an audiophile, imagine my ecstatic surprise to find the entire album mastered in brilliant Dolby Digital Surround sound on the DVD side, along with a few videos.

This is a real bargain because my ordinary DVD-Audio discs usually cost MORE than this DualDisc. If you have a system that is capable of decoding DVD-Audio, you really ought to grab a copy of this amazing disc.

I know I didn't review the songs but 'I Hope You Dance' is the highlight and is worth the cost of the album. I just wanted to quickly point out the extreme value of this magical disc.

This album has a good assortment of Lee Ann Womack's hits. She is a smooth as ever with just enough twang to remind you it's country music. The dual disc offers the wonderful option of seeing a few of her videos. This one actually has several music videos. It's almost as good as getting a music DVD. If you're a fan or just like some of her songs, this is a good choice.

I find that this is a great collection of her best works. An excellent purchase. There is however not a lot of new material that is sometimes found on a greatest hits albumn.
