I have been a pro. player for over 40 years, and you can belive it when I say that this is the best. I've tried em' all and I always return to LEE OSKAR.

I am a relatively new harmonica player and have experimented with different brands. This harmonica sounds smooth and mellow, with easy to bend notes if you like to play blues. I will pay a few extra dollars and buy Lee Oskar from now on.

This is a very serviceable harp. I would have rated it much higher before I bought a Bushman Delta Frost harp. Now, however, the bar has been inextricably raised.

Overall I give it 3 stars.I am a new harp player for about 2 months; I do know how to read music based on playing in H.S. band which is a big advantage; I brought 3 different brands to test in the middle price range: Suzuki, Hohner and Lee Oscar; The Lee Oscar (F) is the brightest and easiest to play loud with little effort, has the largest blow holes, however it is as not as mellow or full in sound and feels/looks inferior to the other two; The top is the Suzuki, in my opinion, as I have the Hammond and Fire Breath series followed by the Hohner (cross harp C and E); I wanted to start out with quality harps as you will get the best opportunity to know if the harp is good for you as cheap ones can mislead you in terms of sound and your musical ability; I have 7 total now with two cross harps, a Lee (A) and a Hohner (C); again the Hohner feels and sounds like a much better quality instrument. I learned on a Midi-tab program/software ([...] written by Javier))which really is a MUST and helped me to advance in a very short time. It takes any midi song file and puts it into tracks with your harp tabs. It's not perfect yet, but it's has been invaluable. I have archived my fav songs and it allows me to play any position harp with some great backings, and U don't have to be able to read music. So, hope this has been helpful, Harp on my friends.

This is a good harmonica. I have several and LO has a good feel to it. If you have to get help from the company don't hold your breath. I emailed the tech support department 4 times and never received a reply (not a 2 hole draw issue).
