The Leecraft JT-164 Jet/Powermatic Zero-Clearance Table Saw Insert fits a variety of saws, including Jet: JTS-10, JCS-10, JTAS-10, JWCS-10; Powermatic 64 and 64A (left-tilt); most 10-inch Sunhill saws; Bridgewood TSC-10C and TSC-10CL; King KC10GC; General Intl. 50-175 and 50-185; Grizzly G0444/G0444Z; and the Shop Fox W1703/W1714. It significantly reduces saw noise and dust, as well as chip-out and splintering. This saw insert also eliminates the dangerous gap around the blade where thin off-cuts can get wedged. You can use the kerf as a handy stock alignment guide and this blade insert supports work right up to the blade.

LEECRAFT Phenolic Inserts and Sheet Stock reduce splintering and chip-out on the bottom side of regular or dado table saw cuts. Simply raise your saw blade through the insert to create a "kerf" which precisely matches the blade on your saw. These 1/2" thick inserts are precision machined from a nearly frictionless melamine faced, high density phenolic laminate.Offer durability and flatness unobtainable from cheaper plastic inserts.Features like top mounted set screws for precise leveling, front/side adjustment screws for perfect side to side and front to rear fit, and a rear safety pin that keeps the rear of the insert in place, make this the best insert we have ever seen.Sheet stock material (1/2" x 11" x 15") is perfect for creating your own custom jigs and fixtures. This is probably the best construction and probably the most reliable insert I have seen/used which is why I gave it 5 stars.

However, if you own a Jet cabinet saw, JTAS-10, it may not fit.

It did not fit mine...it was smaller than the original opening in the table.

This is a great product that worked exactly as described. Was very easy to install and cut the slot by slowly raising the blade. I find that much less sawdust flies in my face because the slot is the exact width of the blade. Most of the dust goes into the base where the vacuum hose pulls it away.

Nicely and precisely made. Affordable enough to buy several, for various configurations. It worked out of the box for my Powermatic 64A left-tilt, a table saw that tends to baffle some manufacturers. Not this one.
