The 19" dia. pastry cloth board has 3 size guides for small, medium and large potato bread that's perfectly round. Just add butter and water to the 2 bags of lefse mix, slide the cotton cover onto the red-handled wooden rolling pin, and press out the dough. Lift the flattened dough with the lefse stick and place on a Heritage Lefse Grill (sold separately) to cook your treat to bubbly, browned perfection. Made in USA.

I haven't used the Lefse mix that came with this kit, but all of the other products work great and are must-have items for Lefse cooks! These products (including the grills) are difficult to find in stores, so I'm glad they are available on the web.
