Read the books. Love the game. It is everything I expected. I like video games but this is so much more than your average game. Stays true to the book as much as possible. Wish it came in a PS3 or Xbox360 format.

I was really hoping that, given they had more time and improvement in tech, that they would take the opportunity to drastically improve on the first game. I'm still scatching my head wondering if the Authors of Left Behind ever sat down and played the games. Or better yet, had one of their kids sit down, play the game, and be honest with them. Its a novel idea, making a Christian themed game. Particularly using the spiritual warfare angle. And believe me, I wanted to see it done and done well! I wish this hadn't diappointed. While the opening video is good and gets your attention, the game play itself is still dull and repedative. It's like it was slightly updated and repackaged. The missions are cheesey and promote a shallow 'Christian' stereotype. I wish they'd done more consultation before repeating the same mistakes. A for initiative, D- for execution.

This game is amazing. The graphics and gameplay was up to par with all the top notch games on the market without all the violence and blood. My kids love playing this game problem is it takes away from my fun time. I have no worries when they play a game like this and I wish more game developers would make more fufilling games as LFBG does.

A great game to play. I like Halo and Call of Duty too. However, the game is at a different level than all others. I really enjoyed it. It's a game, I'm planning on giving to my nephews.

This is an update to Eternal Forces, not an "all new Game"... but it's an improvement overall.,

I bought the original "Left Behind - Eternal Forces" game, and since I registered, I was informed when Tribulation Forces came out. So I bought the "upgrade" disk to convert LB-EF into LB-TF.As expected, all of the content from the first game is in here as well, but there's additional content as well. All of the bug-fixes from the earlier version are present, and the game runs pretty much perfectly now. If you buy this, it's basically like buying the original game plus a significant "expansion pack" included. You'll get all the good stuff from the first game plus some additional content (buildings, etc) and more missions. Definitely worth it if you enjoy strategy games, and are not interested in violence (albeit that comes into play as a last resort, as in real life, on rare occasions... it's something you should always try to avoid, in real life or in this game). There is another sequel to this, which also incorporates some elements of the original game and this game, but brings in a lot of additional content as well, including an entire new faction to play with and lots more "terrain enhancements" (new buildings and the like). The new version is called "Rise of the Antichrist." I have not yet played that version, so I don't know for sure if you get all the content from this game in that one as well, but I suspect that you probably do... so you may want to check that out first. (Also, there's another, all-new game coming out very soon, which is significantly different... and is focused on the Left Behind book series' "World War III" period. Definitely something I'll be picking up when it is released. That will likely be less "faith oriented" but will have more direct tieins to the book series, I suspect. More of a traditional combat game... with the two sides being the "Antichrist's UN Army" (or in the books, the "Global Community") and the "Rebel forces" (which are not necessarily CHRISTIAN forces per-se) including the UK/Egypt/US alliance and the "militias." Of course, I'm sure that there will be a role for faith (and for faith-based characters) in the game, but I do expect a more traditional strategy game this time out.) ***************************** EDIT: It's Christmas time again, and the anti-Christian forces in the real world are out, in force, spreading lies about this game. That, it seems, is how they "celebrate Christmas," by spreading lies and misinformation. DISREGARD THE LIES. There is no "convert or kill" doctrine in this game, no racism, no hate, no "mindless drones" killing those who disagree. There is a strong, centralized, and concerted effort to spread lies about this game, not the least of which involves a particularly egregious FAKED "GAMEPLAY VIDEO" on YouTube. I've documented this fully in the response I gave to "Heather (Techbunny)" above, by the way... so no need to recreate that entire response here. But if you've found this game, either through looking for the game itself (as a potential purchaser) or as one of those who've been fed the lies about what the game is really about, I strongly recommend you take a moment to "filter" the lies from the truth here. The best way to do this is to go to the game site itself (just search for "left behind games" and you'll find "inspired media's" site) But c'mon, folks... even the most gullible, died-in-the-wool "I'll believe anything hateful about those I don't like" type should be able to see through this. It's just PATHETIC. The game is not what you've been told. You need to use your brain.

It is a wonderful game and so much better than some of the violent games that children play these days. This is a great product. Easy to use and would highly recommend. Fantastic product.

Finding christ was hard for most people because they didn't have time or interset to go to church or didn't find it fun enough for them. Well now the glory of the Left Behind books is incarnated into an awesome video game that helps you grow in the christian faith as you play, or even find the truth in interesting sections of scripture explained after every level won. It takes some serious strategy to win in most levels but the rewards are, heh, "everlasting." If your teens are to busy to go to church because they are playing a new video game, get this amazing game, it may encourabe them to set aside more time.

Any "game" that teaches children that is okay to kill people that believe different things than you is no different than Muslims on tv saying its okay to kill Christians and Jews. It's hate speech, and shame on all of you for buying this crap.
