This band never recieved the glory and fame they could have because they didn't deserve it. This band it average at best and every album by them is just that, nothing more than eh...it's alright I guess. Album wise, as with most of their other albums there is nothing worth buying here.

5.0 out of 5 stars Laaz Rockit is back!, November 19, 2008

The new Laaz Rockit-Left for Dead release is a perfect showcase of what an under-rated talent this band was during the 80's & early 90's. Laaz Rockit never achieved the fame & fortune they deserved having to compete with the homoerotic makeup glam & flannel shirt angst bands of the time. These guy's still have the skills and speed to put together a fantastic metal storm of fresh tunes without selling out to the pop 40 radio rock stations. Laaz Rockit was and is unique, and ahead of their time. TERRIFIC CD!

The Laaz Rockit boys are back and they haven't followed many of the 80's bands by getting lighter over time. In fact, they are as heavy as ever. This new disc has what you want if you're a Laaz Rockit fan from the 80's. It's well written, performed, recorded and produced. There is nothing bad about this. Buy it, you won't be throwing away your money. While you're at it, be sure to get the new Testament - Formation of Damnation too! Welcome back guys, and well done!

proving that you can't keep them down lazz rockit shows that they still rip with this new cd showing some of the old timers like anthrax and megadeth what thrash is again, this is one of the best cds released that have some real thrash chops anymore and they finally re-released nothing sacred a lost import till now get them both!now!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Missing Vic, April 4, 2009
This review is from: Left for Dead (Audio CD)
A great album that totally proves Laaz still have the chops -- and can hang with the best of speed-thrash-metal bands. Some people might've thought Laaz was "left for dead" but they're clearly alive and well. As a drummer, I'm only bummed that Victor Agnello couldn't return to play drums on the album, thus one star missing in my rating.

very heavy cd not as well producted as the remasterd nothing sacred but this is certeanly from the same mold as annihilation priciple, know your enemy & nothing sacred.laaz rockit in much more consinstant with the sound of their cd than even the big four!not changing too much over 25 years like some other that loose there fan base and gain the MTV crowd, they do and play what they know an dthats thrash metal even other thrash band members have no problem supportig them and taking them out on tour.bottom line great SF thrash from old school thrasher again buy it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Bang the head that doesn't bang, March 10, 2009
This review is from: Left for Dead (Audio CD)
It's kinda shame that such talented guys like Laaz Rockit couldn't come into a focus even when other money makers have completely lost their spirits and releasing quite "psycho" mix of garbages. On the other hand, it's amazing that these guys are still doing this and still improving in quality. They haven't changed a bit, of course recording is much better than those from 1987. Let their double bass foot works and machine gun bass guitar knock your ear drums today. Let them scream their vital signs into your brain to put some shames on metxxxlica today.

4.0 out of 5 stars Back with a vengeance, February 22, 2009

I always had a penchant for the lesser known thrash bands and these guys are no exception. There's a nice mix of fast and slow stuff here, which should satiate most people's appetites. The only real problem I have with this release is the mixing. The vocals need to be a shade louder, in my opinion.
