4.0 out of 5 stars The Left Hand in the Golf swing: A discussion of Athleticism, February 23, 2005
This review is from: The Left Hand In The Golf Swing: ...A Discussion of Athleticism, Cross-Training and Golf (Paperback)
This book has been a great eye opener for me. I always had felt that because of my infrequency of play and being way out of shape and carrying extra pounds, I was destined to remain a "duffer" for the foreseeable future. While reading Mr Hill's book I began to visualize how I could improve my game. This came in part due to a lot of the insightful quotes and stories that are referenced, along with the personal experiences of the author. Then, using some of the cross training exercises I found a new mobility in my swing.
My main goal when playing with friends or clients used to be to just not embarass myself. Now I start each round determined to break 100. And it does happen.

4.0 out of 5 stars Saved Time, February 18, 2005
This review is from: The Left Hand In The Golf Swing: ...A Discussion of Athleticism, Cross-Training and Golf (Paperback)
I'm busy. I travel, I love golf. I'm ready to play with minimum practice by doing the routine daily exercises Hill describes in The Left Hand in the Golf Swing.

Knocked 12 strokes off my handicap in 4 steady months of working at it. Down to a 4 now.
