Editorial Reviews

Leftover Makeovers: Great New Meals from Last Night's Dinner may be the best thing that happened to the budget in a long time. The book itself is modestly priced, and its pages are packed with ideas for core meals that will render leftovers, and delicious recipes that use those leftovers. --In Mama's Kitchen

The recipes work great because they start with a main meal and then have recipes for the leftovers, which is exactly what the cook needs from start to finish.
