It has been a while since I have heard an album and found it to be consistent all the way through. I have seen them live also and found them to be just as good or even better live. The tracks I found to be outstanding were "Secret", "Hallow", and "Girls" (great pop punk/rock, i.e. Cheap Trick, Foo Fighters) also, "As Good as it Gets" and "Addiction" has a great "old" Smashing Pumpkins feel to it. "Rocket Ride", "Bye" and "Everything" have HIT written all over it. As far as the musicians themselves, they're sharp and tight. They have a really great sound and I really hope that they go far. They deserve it! This is definitly a CD to get if you want a really good consistent CD, with great Punky/Garage Band Rock.

I found this album really hard to get into, but something kept me coming back to listen to it again and again. Only a couple of the songs have an immediately catchy hook, but the rest aren't failed attempts at catchyness, they're just a more relaxed expansive take on pop-rock songwriting that has a lot of depth. The musical progressions don't always go where you want or expect them to, but most of the time they're surprisingly satisfying. Similar to Foo Fighters and Sugar Ray, but superior to any albums either of those bands have made.

Lefty came and played at my college. They put unbelievable intensity in their performance, and after the show I immediately bought the CD. Granted, I think these guys are better live, but their CD is amazingly good as well! The songs are pop/rock, these guys are going to become HUGE in the near future. They are also some of the nicest guys! Check out this CD now, and you'll have the heads up on them while your friends are just discovering their sound.

I bought this CD because I heard a few of their songs in different snowboard videos. I wasn't dissapointed. The CD is great. It's music that I don't get bored of. The album has a lot of variety while keeping the same punk feel to it. I definetely recommend this to anyone.

I've been looking everywhere for this. I only wanted it for the song "Girls"... because I saw it in an amv, and couldn't find the son anywhere else. That song, unfortunately, is pretty much the only song that really stands out among the rest. The rest sound like the last generic one before it, but with different lyrics. Well, I got my 1 song, so I'm happy, and the cheap price is definitely worth it!

I had never heard of Lefty before I went to the Warped Tour. I listened to them at the tiki tent and I had to get the cd.....but I didn't have any money. The band was so nice that they let me do 15 push-ups for a free one. I really like Girls, Wounded and Bye. The whole cd is really rad, but it is more mellow than I thought it would be. They have good punk roots but it turns to pop in a lot of the songs. Overall, it is a great cd if you want to listen to a mellowed out version of punk.

At first, I had never heard of Lefty, but then they came flyin at me left and right. I had first heard of them from a friend of mine. Then, I heard one of their songs on the hurley website. A few weeks later, I went to see the Warped Tour and found out they were playing in the Tiki Tent, so I went and checked them out (They played with a lot of energy). A few months later, I went to see the movie Sugar and Spice and heard their song "Girls" in the movie. I knew i had to get the cd or it would haunt me for the rest of my life. Great cd, I recommend it to fans of Mxpx, Mest, and Good Charlotte.

I saw Lefty in concert at the Blink182 Weezer concert in SD on New Year Eve(2001). They were like the 3rd best band. I heard them, and I fell in love with their punkish sounds. This band will definately do good. This CD rocks majorally. I would suggest any punkrock lover get this CD.

I saw a show in which Lefty played. They were so awesome. I especially love the song "Girls" (although we all know no one needs to put an end to us girls)They have a good sound, and the music is very enjoyable! I recommend this. !
