Honestly, it is awful. Besides being cheap looking--because come on, we expect that in a halloween costume, so who cares--it is tiny. I bought the proper size. It fit be fine in the waist and the bust. The problem: it didn't even cover my underwear. It's not a dress unless you're a little-person or for sale.

Worst item ever.

Oh... and I couldn't seem to return it.

I bought this for a photo shoots with various women. The medium /large sized work well and the girls like the style of the dress. One girl liked it so well I let her keep it. I will definitely buy this product again for future photo shoots

It was short - barely came to the bottom of well the bottom. I'm 5 2 & 118. Not the issue though. If I wanted to wear it out some white shorts would look super cute with it. The tie barely made it around twice though so I asked for a replacement "belt" & the seller suggested a partial refund instead. Which works out great. Just going to buy some extra belt rope. & I'll post picture because I think this will look really hot on me now! Look out hubby. :)
