Though not what I was looking for, it is still a good quality and price. I wish the description had been more expansive. I have been wanting some that you can wear without a garter belt and the picture looks that way but it doesn't have the sticky plastic stuff at the top.

These are better quality than I've been able to find in stores recently. Keep in mind that they do NOT have the plastic/rubber at the top and you WILL need a garter if you're planning on keeping them on and moving in them. Other than that, I'm just going to note that if you're short (I'm 5'2"), they either come up REALLY high on your thigh (I ideally like them to hit mid-thigh) or get a bit scrunched around the knees/ankle. Not a major detail for casual home use (my boyfriend didn't notice), but if you need them for costumes or dancing, it's something to consider.

Not the best quality nylons and the size you expect to wear extends too high to be combined with a garter belt. I recommend going to Frederick's of Hollywood for much better quality backseam nylons at the same price.
