I am 5'9" and weigh about 135 lbs. I wear either a 4 or a 6, depending on the brand.

This was extremely large on me, and I can fold it over in the back! I have a sewing maching and have thought about using this to make it smaller.

As far as the costume, extremely cute, but I replaced it with my own belt as the one it came with was extremely cheaply made plastic and way too large. My waste would have needed to be 3-4 inches larger for this to adequately fit....
