I was very excited about this costume when I ordered it for my girlfriend for Halloween, but when it came it it wasn't like the one in the picture. I read the description of what we would get with it and was fine with that, but in the picture it looks like it has some ruffles added on to the skirt, it really doesn't. The hat also doesn't fit and it very cheap. The dress itself is VERY short so if you are wanting to wear this for Halloween, make sure you are okay with it being very short before you order it. Also the skirt doesn't have the lift it seems to have in the photo, so my suggestion would be to order a petticoat with this to go under the skirt to give the lift the skirt needs. Other than those few things though, the costume was a decent quality, similar to ones you would buy at Walmart.
EDIT:
My girlfriend was looking at it and noticed that quite a few of the stitches holding on the patches on the front are falling out and loose, also by the zipper in the back a large amount of string was visible and got caught in the zipper.
So all in all this costume needs some work.
