Hail To The Victors,

This review is from: A Legacy of Champions: The Story of the Men Who Built University of Michigan Football (Hardcover)
This is easily one of the best books about the history of the Michigan Wolverines. It discusses the top three successful ever to come to Ann Arbor. You have Fielding Yost, who developed the Points Per Minute teams. There is Fritz Crisler, who brought over the winged helmet, which of course is Maize and Blue. And last but not least, there is Bo Schembechler. He basically saved the Wolverines from becoming just a mediocore team and making them compete for Big 10 titles. Through the ups and downs, the University of Michigan is known for it's tradition of winning and big time plays. Go Blue!!
