I bought the second one yesterday to replace an old 25' rubber hose that's kept loose for snaking out the door to fill tires. The flexibility makes an even bigger difference when it's not used on a reel. Trying to coil the rubber hose under pressure was like corralling cats. Flexzilla, on the other hand, is easy to coil neatly, and becomes even easier when it's pressurized! It's faster to get the 50' hose coiled neatly now than it was to get the 25' rubber hose just in a general loop that wasn't all over the place.
I'm working on replacing all my reels and their lead-in hoses with these hoses, as well as the 1/2" soft line from the compressor to the air drier to the wall piping. The price is pretty competitive with good rubber hoses, too!
Another note. The picture shows the hose with brass male ends. The one I recieved had plastic ends. Not a huge deal but thats why I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5.

Love this hose! No kinking rubber. If it gets rolled up, give a quick flip and it straigthens itself out without much hasslePublished 8 days ago by Bloom
Hose is less durable, and more likely to coil up and trip you than Parker Push Lock but it is less than half the price
Still a good value in comparison to any other hose that... Read more
