Another winner from Dolores Cannon. I still feel "Keepers of The Garden" was more insightful and profound, but "Legacy from the Stars" is a further substantiation to "Keepers", "Starcrash" and other books detailing the origin of man, the universe, and creation.

Dolores shares a number of regressed experiences that attempts to show what life on other planets and universes are like, and why these individuals have now chosen to incarnate on Earth. Blows the mind to realize how many of "us" are really "them" and how "they" are "us" and "they" and "us" are "we" and have been from Day 1. To understand what they and us is all about, and learn more about our stellar heritage, pick up this book. Why, we even get a glimpse of how our futureselves may already be a part of our presentselves and what we could have been before humans were even created.

Through regressive hypnosis, hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon has discovered several cases where the subjects relived other lifetimes as inhabitants on other planets in strange environments. We have lived many lives in unusual environments before deciding to journey here and learn the lessons of Earth. After our schooling is completed on this planet we will journey onward and outward to discover new worlds to explore. Earth is merely a stop-over in our long adventure. The memories of these soul journeys are recorded in our subconscious, and Dolores shows that they can be retrieved through regressive hypnosis. We are children of the Stars!

Fantastic eye opening book. It broadened my horizon in a profound way. One of the few books that will lift your spirits to a new outlook on life.

This is another important book from Dolores Cannon, who is one of my favourite authors at the moment. In this book she reports interviews with subjects who regress (or in one case progresses) to lives involving encounters with, or as aliens.

The alien beings described differ vastly from ourselves, being androgynous and having different methods of nourishing themselves and reproducing than we have. The subjects are often describing previous lives where they themselves were the "aliens". A recurring theme is one of beings having to live underground owing to radiation or other adverse circumstances on the surface of the planet.

The knowledge revealed is fascinating, though some of it is quite challenging to fully comprehend, it being so different from what we experience in our present incarnations. As the book consists almost entirely of interviews with persons revealing this "challenging" information, the book is not always easily readable. I found it difficult to read more than a chapter or two at once. I was thus considering awarding it only 4 stars, until I reached the penultimate chapter entitled "A future being talks to Now".

Here Dolores accesses a (potential) future incarnation of the subject in question. This chapter is to my mind the most important in the book, thus, appropriately, being placed towards the end, just prior to her conclusion.

The future being talks to "the Now" from a "distance of space and time". She explains that she has been charged with communicating to us the absolute importance of our now raising our vibrations to the highest level possible, so we thus will be enabled to make the jump from the third to the fourth dimension (which is the process our planet Gaia is involved in in these present years leading up to its culmination at the end of 2012). The message is not communicated particularly clearly by the subject, but what I got out of it was that it may well be necessary for us to leave the planet but that we must raise our vibrations by changing our thoughts to the better in order to manage to survive where we are going. (This is my interpretation of the material.) The subject states "Jesus tried to show that if you lead a life of high vibration, then you are uplifting yourself and the planet." No matter what, there's nothing to worry about, as we never "die". Our spirit lives forever.

(This material concurs with the work of Esther & Jerry Hicks' Abraham as regards raising one's vibration and with that of Patricia Cori as regards the difficult future of our planet.)

I would strongly recommend this book to everyone at all open to this sort of material, since it contains a plethora of new mind-expanding information about beings from other planets and dimensions. Cannon states "We are all extra.terrestrials, because none of us originaed on the planet Earth." As stated, we are also warned about the necessity of self-development in order to tackle Mankind and Earth's impending problems. Everyone must read this book. It is perhaps the best of Cannon's I've read so far. I can't wait to read the remaining books of the author I haven't yet got hold of.

Although this was well written and the subject matter was interesting, it didn't feel like it got that much into lives on other planets. It felt more like UFO abductions or UFO visitations than actual memories. And when there were memories, they were vague and not terribly descriptive. I guess I would have liked to have read about how people lived on other planets: their food, customs, travel, housing, etc. but none of that ever came up except these weird UFO type aliens who did little and saw little. Quite boring and disappointing. Hoping to sell the book secondhand.

If you're a fan of Dolores' work then you wont be disappointed. Never been interested in ETs of UFO info until recently exploring You Tube and the wealth of information available there. Dolores' work answers some of those questions that you curious about and I cant think of any other source that covers it so well. In fact I find an awful lot of information coming through her books that I've previous read from Seth's (Jane Roberts) work, so not only does it kind of validate the information I already had, but simplifies it.
